Our grooms range in pricing and are based on size, behavior, and condition of pet's coat at the time of groom. 

*Additional charges may apply for any dogs that require extra time due to excessive matting or behavioral problems.*


Cancellation Policy


EVERYONE'S TIME IS VALUABLE!

Our goal is to provide attentive care to all clients in a dependable manner. I do understand that cancellations are sometimes simply unavoidable. However, in order for us both to feel that this is a reliable arrangement, if cancellation is necessary, I ask that you please call 860-712-0512 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, so that the driving schedule can be rearranged and the time offered to another client. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message or send a text message with your name, your pet's name, and time of appointment. We will reach out as soon as possible to see about rescheduling. 

We reserve the right to refuse rescheduling or require a booking fee if you, as a client, cancels or reschedules appointments more than once. 

An appointment is considered a ‘no-show’ when the client / pet is not available at the scheduled appointment time and does not contact the groomer to cancel or reschedule prior to the appointment time. ‘No-show’ appointments will be charged a fee of no less than the FULL amount of the scheduled service. Cancellation and no-show fees may be waived at the groomer’s discretion and based on individual circumstance. 


That being said, mobile grooming is a service entirely about comfort and convenience to you! Flexibility is one of our core values and we are happy to work with our clients if something comes up.
